Wildfox makes fun, whimsical, and oh-so-cozy graphic sweatshirts. Known for nostalgic stories that spark the imagination, the brand encourages women to try on their feel-good fantasies.

Under new ownership, Wildfox sought to reinvigorate the brand. Along with thorough brand and market research, I implemented a robust communications and marketing strategy to reestablish relationships with brand-loyal customers while reaching new audiences.

Partnerships

Wildfox collaborated with Coca-Cola on seasonal product capsules. To generate buzz around the collection, we seeded Coca-Cola by Wildfox sweatshirts to creators, along with custom-made ‘Share a Coke with Wildfox’ bottles. Digital marketing components included social posts and stories, dedicated emails, Facebook and Instagram sponsored posts, and Google display ads.

Cause-driven partnerships included the American Forest Organization (to help conserve and restore forests) and True Colors United (providing support for homeless LGBTQ+ youth), donating a portion of proceeds to causes that mattered most to the Wildfox audience.

Co-branded giveaways with like brands, such as Too Faced and Ipsy, increased audience engagement and brand awareness.

An Instagram-first organic seeding strategy targeted 100+ micro and macro influencers.

Celebrity and VIP wins included Paris Hilton, Vanessa Hudgens, Mindy Kaling, Jasmine Tookes, Emma Roberts, Lana Condor, and Allison Holker Boss.

Wildfox launched its first performance activewear capsule in spring 2021. To generate buzz around the new collection, we seeded select influencers and fitness KOLs. Paid content and activations included influencer-hosted workout reels and intimate fitness events.
